With a combined 12 years of experience in healthcare administration, bookkeeping, and self-taught business analysis, Kendra brings a uniquely versatile background to Stone Hill Group. After the pandemic, she also worked in construction, gaining hands-on insight into resilience, adaptation, and the practical side of rebuilding.

Kendra describes herself as “someone always eager to explore, guided by my personal philosophy that knowledge is best gained in unorthodox ways”. Her career choices reflect this “path of constantly shifting and adapting, just as the world does”.

Beyond her professional roles, Kendra has guided countless aspiring entrepreneurs in laying the foundations for stable businesses and supported local politicians across Europe in shaping their visions. Now, she draws on this blend of experiences to lead and found Stone Hill Group, transforming challenges into opportunities and charting a bold path in the business world.

IAlex Schmidt is the Virtual Assistant to Kendra Stenberg at Stone Hill Group. With a year of experience in business administration, Alex supports SHG by managing communications, handling client queries, and assisting with background research.

Curious by nature and with a keen eye for detail, Alex enjoys bringing order to complexity and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Dedicated to clear communication and smooth operations, Alex helps SHG stay agile and professional as it begins to grow.
