Includes candidate sourcing and market search, role and candidate-profile assessment, initial candidate screening, shortlist preparation, candidate coordination, and recruitment advisory throughout the selection process.
Initial consulting fee: £990
Success fee: 10% of the successful candidate's gross annual base salary, payable upon a successful placement.
For example, a candidate appointed on a gross annual base salary of £50,000 would result in a £5,000 success fee, in addition to the £990 consulting fee.
